Quick and easy bang bang chicken quesadilla

Ingredients
125g cooked chicken
1-2 spring onions, sliced
2tbs mayo
1tbs sweet chili, or to taste
1tbs sriracha, or to taste
30g cheese - I used mozzarella.
1 wrap
Sriracha mayo and parsley to garnish (optional)
Method
Pop all the ingredients apart from the cheese and wrap into a bowl and mix, place it all on one half of the wrap, and sprinkle with the cheese. Fold the wrap and toast in a pan till it’s golden. Serve and enjoy.
