Bolognese stuffed garlic flatbreads

Ingredients.
100g self-raising flour100g Greek yogurt1/2tbs garlic granules1tsp dried parsleyPinch of salt60g mozzarella, grated1tbs butter1tsp garlic purée1tsp dried parsley
Method.
Combine the flour and yogurt together along with the seasonings until it forms a dough. Halve the dough and roll it out into large circles, using a sprinkle of flour to dust the surface so it doesn’t stick. Place the bolognese and the cheese into the middle of the dough and fold the edges to the middle until the bolognese is enclosed in the dough. Then roll them out flat. Melt the butter and add in the garlic purée and parsley and then brush the dough. Cook in a dry frying pan until they’re golden and starting to puff up. Serve and enjoy.
