Ingredients.



6 rolls
400g chicken, diced
1tbs smoked paprika
1/2tbs garlic granules
1-2tbs fajita seasoning
1 onion, sliced
2 peppers, sliced
80g cream cheese (optional) 
80g Cheese - I used Mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste
1tbs butter
1 clove garlic
1tbs parsley - I used fresh






Method



Cook the chicken, onion, and peppers in the seasoning until the chicken is fully cooked, then add the cream cheese. Place the chicken on the bottom of the buns and spread it out evenly, then top with the cheese. Add the top of the buns back on and brush with garlic butter. Bake in the oven or air fryer at 180°C for 10–15 minutes, or until golden. Serve and enjoy.
