5-minute Chili Oil Noodles

 5-minute Chili Oil Noodles 




Ingredients


2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp of chili flakes
1 tsp of sesame seeds
2 tbsp of chili oil
1/2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar (white vinegar is fine too)
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of brown sugar
300 grams of spaghetti (feel free to use wheat noodles)





Instructions


. Boil water and cook your noodles according to the package, once al dente set aside
2. Heat the olive oil, once sizzling hot add the garlic, green onions, chili oil, flakes, and sesame seeds
3. Let this cook for one to two more minutes or so on low heat until aromatic, then add your rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar
4. Cook for another two minutes to infuse all the flavors before adding your noodles to the pan
5. Top with green onions and sesame seeds
6. Munch munch 😛

💪 Protein-ify: Add chicken breast or tofu. Season simply with oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook using your preferred method until cooked through
